What is able to provide our institution? We function according to the provisions of Art. 151 of the European States Community Treaty assumed by Romania through the Position Paper of Chapter 20 from the Negotiation National Plan for the Accession at the European Union and through the Decision 6/2001 of the Association Council European Union - Romania. The Consultancy Centre for European Cultural Programmes (CCECP) continues to fulfill the obligations assumed by the Cultural Contact Point, thus assuring free of charge, upon the demand of the Romanian cultural operators (public and private organizations), information and consultancy services for the elaboration of cultural projects within "Culture 2000" Programme. Together with our partner, the European Institute for Cultural Routes in Luxembourg, we evaluate and organize cultural routes with cultural content which can become possible cultural tourism projects. We prepare, through seminars, trainings, debates, the cultural market in Romania in order it to be able to draw European funds, different of those proposed by "Culture 2000" Programme. CCECP, in co-operation with the Centre for Training, Adult Education and Management in the Field of Culture, carries out training courses for the management and administration of cultural projects. We settle partnership or stipulated by contractual relations with other institutions in order to implement projects of common interest, others than those comprised within the framework of "Culture 2000" Programme. In order to achieve its mission, the Centre can initiate and organize cultural events and can realize and distribute presentation and information materials.
What can not provide our institution? We are not entitled to sign consultancy contracts for projects dedicated to "Culture 2000" Programme. We can not award marks to the projects which were granted consultancy. We can not guarantee the cultural operators that they shall be for sure selected for financing. We can not make up the absence of minimal conditions to launch a project of European interest: competences belonging to the cultural operator in mastering a foreign language, access to internet, phone connections. |
