The Ministry of Culture and Religious Affairs has been involved in the programme dedicated to the celebration of the European Day of Jewish Heritage, coordinated by B'nai Brith Europe, since 2004. Here are 22 countries participating. The theme proposed for September 2005 is music. The Consultancy Centre for European Cultural Programmes, in partnership with the Federation of Jewish Communities in Romania, has in mind to organize 3 concerts in Bucharest, Timisoara and Iasi.
