The Consultancy Centre for European Cultural Programmes has been settled according to Government Bill 68/January 21, 2005 completed with Government Bill 162/2007

Here are our services in the benefit of Romanian cultural operators, representatives of public and private institutions:

we assure the promotion of Community's programmes dedicated to the cultural and media sector through:

	direct meetings between the cultural operators and the Centre's experts
	transmission of information through e-mail
	publication of brochures
	conferences, seminars;

we facilitate the participation at Community's programmes dedicated to the cultural and media sector by the widest number of operators;

we provide information concerning the calls for proposals organized within the Community's programmes dedicated to the cultural and media sector and acknowledges about the financial mechanisms;

we elaborate assessments, syntheses and methodologies to be applied for realizing projects with undisbursed financing in the cultural field;

we ensure communication between the cultural operators at national and regional level;

we assure, upon request, specialised consultancy and methodological assistance to cultural operators eligible for accessing undisbursed funds, including contracts;

we organize, upon Ministry's of Culture and Religious Affairs request, others' institutions and organizations, specific events, congresses, seminars, conferences, experience exchanges, in the country, for supporting cultural and artistic European programmes;

we publish brochures, Cds, presentation and information materials with emphasis on cultural programmes at European level.
